Sena Kalyan Bhaban

The largest real estate asset of SKS is a 21-storey commercial building located at 195 Motijheel Commercial Area, Dhaka, on approximately 1.35 bighas of land. The foundation stone of the Sena Kalyan Bhaban was laid in April 1982, and construction was completed in August 1990. The building has a total area of approximately 321,000 square feet, of which 213,239 square feet is rentable space. The building is centrally air-conditioned and equipped with modern facilities, including lifts, an automatic generator system, and fire-fighting equipment.
