Sena Kalyan Constructions and Developments

Sena Kalyan Constructions and Developments (SKCD) is a sister concern of Sena Kalyan Sangstha (SKS), a trust-owned organization operated by the Bangladesh Army.SKCD commenced its journey as a real estate developer on 1 July 2009. It began its development activities with residential projects at Mirpur DOHS in December 2009. In October 2012, the company was formally incorporated as a limited company under the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms, Bangladesh.The company is engaged in the construction and development of residential and commercial buildings, including apartments for sale. In addition, SKCD undertakes land development, arranges land for projects, and participates in tenders for development works for individuals, as well as government and non-government organizations.
