- To carry out research & evaluation of the existing businesses of SKS in order to suggest improvements whenever necessary
- To outsource consulting firms for in-depth analysis and KPI formulation of new business
- To provide ICT Support to SKS Head Office and all the Mills/Factories/ Installations/Projects
- To conduct works under DPM
